Backyard is a a quarterly reading series held in Berkeley, CA. We seek to highlight the voices of new and established writers across all genres and disciplines. We have themes, and the themes often have cocktails to go with them. There is always good food, and there are sometimes costumes. We like when things go a little overboard.
